Achieving greener buildings and maintaining sustainability standards is something we strive to do with all of our projects. By prioritizing sustainable practices, our buildings lower carbon emissions, conserve resources and reduce operating costs. It is our duty to achieve LEED status and help construct resilient buildings in the process.

Zero Carbon Building

We have had the privilege to work with many of our clients and integrate Net Zero construction into our projects. We understand and appreciate the importance of reducing net carbon emissions during the construction phase all while maintaining our quality of work and commitment to our clients.

what we DID

Company Timeline

1961

Joseph constructed over 3,000 homes across the GTA. Joseph’s son, Joey Cecchini, began working with his father and kick-started his construction career.

1981

Joseph and Joey ventured into their own general contracting company and created Jovien Associates Limited.

2001

Joey Cecchini and his two sons branched off from Royal Plastics to begin their own construction company.

2011

Cecchini Group was incorporated and a new journey for the founders had begun. The company hit 5 million dollars in sales in 2011.

2016

CG began to grow and hit 40 million dollars in sales within the commercial and industrial market.

2019

Hard work and satisfied repeat clients helped us reach 85 million dollars in sales in 2019.

2023

Hit 250 million dollars in sales with the help of our amazing clients, consultants and dedicated employees.
